WEC KIDS! Konference is part of DTS’s annual World Evangelization Conference (WEC) and is specifically designed for children of current DTS students and staff. The theme for this year is “Awakening”
WEC KIDS! Konference takes place March 7 – 8, 2023 on the DTS campus in the Campbell building. WEC KIDS! Konference is from 8:45 a.m. –12:30 p.m. with registration opening at 8:15 a.m on Tuesday and Wednesday morning and 5:30 p.m. – 7:40 p.m. with registration opening at 5:20 p.m. on Tuesday evening.
Children ages 4 through 6th grade are welcome to attend. Your child MUST be 4 and out of diapers by March 8. During this week the children will learn about a different country each day, accomplished through corresponding Bible stories, mission activities, crafts, games, and snacks. Space is limited, so register your child now!
Due to space limitations, if you register your child after the maximum number of spots per class has already been filled, your child will be placed on a waiting list. The WEC KIDS! Konference director will notify you via e-mail if space opens up for your child to attend. Thank you for your understanding.
In order to pick up your child after the conference, you MUST have one of the following forms of identification. Without one of these forms we cannot, in good conscience, release your child. Please remember that although this may be an inconvenience to you, the safety of your child is important to us!
*PASSPORT SLIP: This is given to you each morning when you drop off your child, and we take it back when you pick up your child.
*PICTURE ID: We will need to see a picture ID if you do not have a passport slip.
If for some reason the person who drops off the child is not able to pick them up, there are two options:
1. Give the passport slip to the person who will pick up the child.
2. At drop off, tell a person at the registration table who will be picking up the child. The alternative release person will need to have a picture ID.
Again, we will not release your child without proper identification. Your child’s safety is important to us!
